UTC Professor Mike Jaynes secures the rights to show Oscar nominated film, “The Cove” to the University Center Auditorium on the UTC campus this Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010. This viewing is open to the public. Jaynes began the Awake and Engage documentary film series at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga 2 years ago as a way to present students with films and ideas that are not readily available through the mainstream media. Jaynes is an animal rights advocate and has lectured extensively throughout the United States.
