The Tennessee Urban Forestry Council is holding it’s 19th Annual Urban Forestry Conference in Chattanooga on October 29-29 at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo and TUFC’s 12th Annual Tree Climbing Championship is October 30th at East Lake Park.

The 12th annual statewide competition promotes tree care professionalism and safety practices. Contestants compete in five preliminary events and the Master’s Challenge for the state title, which includes a berth in the ISA Southern Tree Competition.
