The Most Dangerous Time of the Day

Picture this, school is out for the day and thousands of youth take to the streets because there is no one at home to care for them.  For many of these kids, their parents are still at work and they are left to their own devices for several hours.  The City of Chattanooga’s Department of Education, Arts and Culture is hoping to engage these youth through after school programs in rec centers and other venues around town.  With the talent of volunteers and active programs offered through numerous organizations, we can all help youth avoid the pitfalls of The Most Dangerous Time of the Day.Remember Your Dream
