Yoga for Active Bodies

Outdoor Chattanooga is hosting a 12 week yoga series at their new location in Coolidge Park.  The classes are held Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm beginning February 3rd and continuing through April 21st.   Yoga for Active Bodies will take a gentle approach to relaxing and restoring problem areas of the body and specific muscle groups.  Minya James will be teaching this restorative yoga class which is suitable for all levels from beginner to serious athlete.

You can pay at the door for each individual session or receive a discount by registering for the entire 12 week series.  Pre-registration is available by calling Outdoor Chattanooga at 423-643-6888.
