REPORTING: MICHAEL EDWARD MILLER

There are about 1,700 trees on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  Jillian Koss, a UTC grad student, has been helping to catalog them all as part of UTC’s new arboretum project.  Today on Around and About, she joins us to discuss exactly what an arboretum is, and how the project will benefit both students and the general community.

Listen to the story.

Trees are everywhere at UTC.
