Hurst Pace Car donated to the Austin Hatcher Foundation

REPORTING:  RABBIT ZIELKE

The 2010 Hurst pace car for the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge Series has been donated to the Austin Hatcher Foundation.  This nonprofit organization provides skills training and services to help families facing pediatric cancer thrive in the face of illness.  All of the services offered to families are provided free of charge.

The unique one-of-a-kind mustang will be the official pace car for the 2010 Ford Racing Mustang Challenge Series.  In addition to the scheduled races, the pace car will be on display in Chattanooga at Hot Rod Magazine’s Power Tour June 9th.  The mustang can also be seen at SEMA and then auctioned in January 2011.  Fifty replicas of this car are being produced and will be sold as collectibles.

All proceeds from the sale of the 2010 Hurst Ford Racing Mustang Challenge Pace Car will benefit programs supported by the Austin Hatcher Foundation.
