The Chattanooga Zoo wants to make sure you don’t forget the animals this Christmas by celebrating 12 Days of Christmas at the Zoo. When you visit their website or facebook page you can see pictures of the animals and their wish lists for Santa. Many of the items are extra treats or toys that provide enrichment for the animals. Some of the items on the wish lists are things the zoo animals just love to play with. When you bring a new unwrapped gift from the list to the zoo gift shop you will receive a small gift back from the zoo. December 16th and 17th are the final nights for Holiday Lights at the Zoo so if you plan to enjoy the festive lights for an evening at the zoo bring your gift for the animals along at the same time. The wish list for zoo animals can be found here. The 12 Days of Christmas at the Zoo will continue through the entire month of December.
If you can’t seem to find the time to drop off a gift for the animals at the Chattanooga Zoo this month remember, the animals can use these items all year-long. It is always a good time to donate gifts to the animals at the Chattanooga Zoo.
