Daytrip Downtown 2011

The River City Company has joined forces with the Homebuilders Association to provide a look at the downtown living experience offered in Chattanooga.  Tours of homes and condominiums are part of this self guided tour.  Restaurants, merchants and area attractions are also part of Daytrip Downtown with discounts and free offers at locations on the Northshore, Downtown, and the Southside.  The goal of the 2 day event is to showcase lifestyle opportunities for urban living in Chattanooga.  Tickets to Daytrip Downtown will be exchanged for an armband on the days of the event, November 19 and 20.  The armband is good for both days.  Participants will also receive a book with a list of discounts and information about places to see and things to do while downtown Chattanooga.

Tickets are $8.00 until November 18th, $10 on the weekend.  Exchange your ticket for an armband for the self guided tour at the Visitors Center on Broad Street, CARTA  Shuttlepark Northshore on Fraizer Avenue or the CARTA Shuttlepark South at the Chattanooga Choo Choo.  Self Guide tour books are also provided with information about lifestyle options in Chattanooga, discounts and freebies.   There is so much to do with Daytrip Downtown that you should be sure to being the experience on Saturday and 19th and plan to continue on Sunday the 20th and you still might not see it all.
