During the course of the conference on Local Initiatives in Climate Protection and Renewable Energies in Germany and the US,  four German cities and their American Sister Cities gathered in Chattanooga Tennessee to discuss policies and projects in municipalities that will reduce the impact on climate change.  Representatives from each of the eight cities shared information on programs initiated by government programs and also grass-roots initiatives that are making a difference on the lifestyle and energy consumption of their cities.  This is the final segment bringing excerpts from the dialogues.
