Moccasin Bend Brewing Company is a brewery found on Tennessee Avenue in the St. Elmo area. Their beer has won regional awards and the brewery has earned a consistent customer base. However, Moccasin Bend Brewing Company isn’t considered a microbrewery yet. Garrett Crowe spoke to Chris Hunt, lead brewer of Moccasin Bend Brewery, about nanobreweries and the process of starting a beer brewery.
